We had a wonderful holiday here. With a super beautiful terrace and amazing views. We stayed in the top apartment. It's lovely and quiet there and we really enjoyed the beautiful pool.

Dear reader,
The owners of the apartment complex Brisa (Jos and Jacqueline Domburg) asked us to write a review. Well, we would be more than happy to do that with all our love and pleasure, because we had a fantastic holiday, one with a golden edge.
We stayed with our family (with 2 children aged 18 and 16) in apartment number 4. The apartment is beautifully and atmospherically furnished and lacks nothing. Everything was present and clean, with made beds, which was very pleasant after a long journey. The air conditioning is present in all rooms, which was delicious sleeping and also very nice to retreat to during the hot daytime hours. The view from our balcony was magical and every evening we enjoyed the beautiful sunset.
The outdoor staircase leading downwards brought us to the delightful pool with sun loungers and parasols. Since it was a small-scale complex, we often had the pool to ourselves. It was always very quiet and there was plenty of privacy. The car had a nice, secure parking spot. The nearest town was Labin, about a 2-minute drive away. It was a charming, cozy town with a delicious and affordable pizzeria. Reserving a table is advisable. A few minutes' drive further, you'll find large supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, and Plodine.
Jos and Jacqueline are kind, very hospitable, and helpful people. You can ask them anything, nothing is too crazy.
We had some really fun trips. Cities like Pula, Porec, (Baredine Caves) Rovinj are all about a 50-minute drive through the beautiful nature of Istria. All well worth the effort. The harbor town of Rabac is also a very cozy and charming town, a 10-minute drive from the apartment.
Also great fun to rent a boat here and enjoy snorkeling.
A day at the beach is also not to be missed. The seawater is azure blue. Water shoes are recommended in most places.
We highly recommend this place and its surroundings. Istria is beautiful! It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you Jos and Jacqueline.

We stayed in the Brissa apartment 3 for 9 days. It's truly a brand new, very beautiful and spacious apartment. It's well-equipped with all amenities and tastefully furnished. The bathroom and bedrooms are excellent. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and there's a large terrace with a fantastic view, plenty of privacy, and comfortable sun loungers. Jacqueline and Jos are incredibly friendly and very hospitable. They really go out of their way to make their guests feel at home.
The common terrace and pool are great as well. A nice large pool with plenty of parasols and sun loungers. Wonderful!
The location of the house is great. You are close to the beautiful historic town of Labin where you can enjoy a nice walk and enjoy the terraces and restaurants. The same goes for the seaside resort of Rabac where there are even more terraces and restaurants and a long promenade. Moreover, the view from your terrace is really super beautiful.
Lying a 9
The facilities are absolutely top-notch, you lack for nothing. Facilities get a 10.
Everything was neatly and cleanly arranged, so a 10 out of 10 for hygiene.
Jacqueline and Jos are super hospitable, caring, and helpful, so in terms of service it's a 10.
Price quality also a 10!
We were very satisfied and had a great time in apartment Brissa. We will definitely come back.

Hello Jacqueline and Jos,
Below with pleasure our findings. We are not the type of people who just give a 10, because then it's just perfectly perfect and life is normally not like that. It's just a matter of perspective.
Our findings are therefore related to the stay in the studio.
Location: 9
View of the hills/mountains sublime
Shops easily accessible by car or electric bike
Centrally located to explore Istria (everything is within a 1-hour drive).
Facilities: 9
Everything you need was present. You know you're going into an apt/studio or apartment and so you have to provide for a number of things for your entire stay yourself.
For some tourists who don't like to cook but prefer to heat up food, a microwave might be slightly easier than the convection oven, but if you want to prepare something yourself: it's perfectly equipped with a gas stove and convection oven.
You live outside, so for us in the studio, the outdoor kitchen and setup were great.
A tip we'd like to share: even though there is an exhaust fan in the bathroom, there is no window that you can open without also letting in the bugs that might be flying or jumping around (haha my fear of this). Maybe a fly screen could be very useful.
Swimming pool: blissful
Air conditioning: didn't even need it in the studio: nice and cool inside
The possibility to use the washing machine: top - definitely to quickly wash the towels during the stay. My own laundry that I no longer needed on site we do at home.
Hygiene: 9
Everything was super clean in both the studio and the spaces outside.
Kindness and service of the landlord: 10
Yes, here we finally give the notorious 10

The coziness with them in the neighborhood: top
Price/quality: 9
VERY good value for money according to us.
We hope that the rental for naturism will increase enormously even for the summer periods. There should be more apartments/studios available for naturism all over the world. It is incredible how many campings you find, but apartments/studios are available to a much lesser extent. So your commitment to this is invaluable to us.
Thank you for the wonderful holiday that we were allowed to experience with you and thanks to you again. Hopefully until next year.

We were asked to write a review about Villa Brisa.
We would be delighted to do this!
We stayed 5 days in the studio.
Everything is new and looks fantastic.
The outdoor kitchen is also equipped with all the amenities. From a kettle to a dishwasher. Everything is available, and if you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask the owners Jos and Jacqueline. They will do everything in their power to make your stay perfect.
Location, grade 9
Just a 2-minute drive to the picturesque Labin and only a 15-minute drive to the vibrant Rabac. A car is quite handy due to the elevation changes, as it can be quite a climb at times.
If you don't have a car, they'll arrange a bike for you.
The view is amazing and you can watch a really beautiful sunset.
Cute towns like Rovinj and Porec are a 3-quarter-hour drive away.
Facilities, rating 9
Everything is present. A beautiful swimming pool.
The expansion plans they have sound amazing. From a cave sauna to a larger pool terrace and much more.
Hygiene, rating 10
Everything is spotless, nothing to complain about.
Kindness and service of the landlord, grade 9
Nothing was too much for them, we could ask them anything and they would arrange it.
Price/Quality, rating 9
In order. We would like to see more of this type of accommodation.
Nudism, number 10
Here you can enjoy the nude life in all freedom and privacy.
We hope that they will soon no longer be able to cope with the demand and will open all year round for naturism. If you want a bit more luxury, there are not that many accommodations to choose from. It's fantastic to see how much is being invested in this and hopefully it will encourage others to do the same.
Conclusion:
We can wholeheartedly recommend this.
They also organize beautiful boat trips. Whether you want to be dressed or nude, the boat trips are definitely worth it. Sailing along the coast, looking for beautiful quiet bays, swimming in the Blue Caves, and with a bit of luck you might even encounter dolphins.
Do you want to bathe in luxury and enjoy all the beauty that Croatia has to offer, then this is the place to be!

Brisa apartment is very well located. Close to the beach and next to the city of Labin. The surroundings are very peaceful, after getting used to the rooster crows 😉
The apartment is very well equipped, everything is new and made with love. It was really clean and the owner responded very quickly to any requests.
We really enjoyed the beautiful terrace and the view with the sunset.

We were in Istria for the 3rd time and spent 2 weeks in Apartment 1.
Even upon entering the property, you notice "Here they build with heart, hand, and craftsmanship."
The apartment offers ample space for 4 people. All rooms are very high-quality equipped and furnished, air conditioning is available. The kitchen equipment was perfect, thanks to the fully automatic coffee machine we felt at home.
There are several apartments in the house that are rented out. During our holiday, all the apartments were occupied. Everyone was considerate, it was neither loud in the house nor by the pool, we were able to enjoy our holiday.
The check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. In case of problems, someone was always available and there was an immediate response.
The landlords are very nice, super friendly and very attentive to the well-being of all guests.
Jos and Jacqueline also always had tips on where to eat best, etc...
All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation.
One more little tip for everyone reading this review, book directly with the owner, it's worth it and saves money.... We had a very good experience!

Over the past two weeks, my two children and I have had an unforgettable vacation at Brisa Appartements. What a fantastic place! From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome thanks to the warm reception from Jos and Jacqueline.
We stayed in apartment 4, a beautiful and very complete apartment where we lacked nothing. It was truly a home away from home. The great atmosphere and the good care of Jos and Jacqueline ensured that we could completely relax and enjoy ourselves.

Our days were filled with lots of fun, with daily use of the delicious pool.

The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy and very complete in terms of inventory. The outdoor area is clean and well-maintained.

What a pleasure to stay in an apartment with Jos and Jacqueline for a few days! Everything super clean, very complete and nice atmosphere.
Swimming pool is very accessible and has nice sun loungers and parasols and even a lounge area. Jos and Jacq organized a wonderful day at sea with everything you could wish for. For those who are unsure about deciding: GO FOR IT!!

We had 2 wonderful weeks in a very luxurious apartment with a large terrace (both covered and open). What would make it a 10 for us is if there were sturdy handrails on the stairs and a handrail to get in and out of the pool. Because if you are slightly limited in your mobility, not swimming for two weeks is a missed opportunity. Both the hospitality of Jacqueline and Jos and the location of the BRISA complex are excellent. It's also great that there is an exceptionally good restaurant nearby. BRISA is therefore highly recommended for FKK guests.

The location was excellent and the hospitality wonderful. Small-scale and atmospheric.
In the apartment, everything you could wish for was present and neatly arranged. The owners Jos and Jacqueline did everything to give the guests a fantastic holiday. They provided good tips and we were even allowed to join them on their boat.
We can therefore highly recommend this location.
