We had a wonderful holiday here. With a super beautiful terrace and stunning views. We stayed in the top apartment. It's lovely and quiet there, and we really enjoyed the beautiful pool.

Dear reader,
The owners of the apartment complex Brisa (Jos and Jacqueline Domburg) asked us to write a review. Well, we would love to do this with all our heart and pleasure, because we had a fantastic holiday, one with a golden edge.
We stayed with our family (with 2 children aged 18 and 16) in apartment number 4. The apartment is beautifully and atmospherically furnished, and there is nothing missing. Everything was present and clean, with made-up beds, which was very pleasant after a long journey. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, which ensured a wonderful sleep and was also very nice to retreat to during the hot hours of the day. The view from our balcony was magical, and every evening we enjoyed the beautiful sunset.
The outside staircase led us to the wonderful pool with sun loungers and parasols. Because it is a small-scale complex, we often had the pool to ourselves. It was always very quiet there, and you had plenty of privacy. The car had a nice, safe parking space. The nearest town was Labin, about a 2-minute drive away. A charming, cozy town with a delicious, affordable pizzeria. Reserving a table is advisable. A few minutes further on, you find large supermarkets like Lidl, Spar, and Plodine.
Jos and Jacqueline are lovely, very hospitable, and helpful people. You can ask them anything, nothing is too much trouble.
We made some great trips. Cities like Pula, Porec, (Baredine Caves) Rovinj are all about a 50-minute drive through the beautiful nature of Istria. All well worth it. The seaside town of Rabac is also a very cozy and charming town, a 10-minute drive from the apartment. It's also great fun to rent a boat here and go snorkeling.
A day at the beach is also not to be missed. The seawater is azure blue. Water shoes are recommended for most places.
We highly recommend this place and its surroundings. Istria is beautiful! It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you, Jos and Jacqueline.

We stayed in Brissa apartment 3 for 9 days. It's truly a brand new, very beautiful, and spacious apartment. It comes with all the amenities and is tastefully decorated. The bathroom and bedrooms are excellent. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and there's a large terrace with a fantastic view, plenty of privacy, and comfortable sun loungers.
Jacqueline and Jos are incredibly friendly and very hospitable. They really go out of their way to make guests feel at home.
The common terrace and pool area are great too. There's a lovely large pool with enough parasols and sun loungers. It was wonderful!
The location of the house is good. You're close to the beautiful historic city of Labin, where you can enjoy walking around and sitting on terraces and in restaurants. The same goes for the seaside town of Rabac, which has even more terraces and restaurants, as well as a long promenade. The view from your terrace is truly superb.

The facilities are top-notch; you won't lack anything. Facilities: 10.
Everything was immaculate, both inside the apartment and in the outside spaces. Hygiene: 10.
Jacqueline and Jos are super hospitable, caring, and helpful. Service: 10.
Price-quality ratio: 10!

Hi Jacqueline and Jos,
With pleasure, we share our findings below. We are not the type of people who just give a 10, because then it's simply perfect, and life is usually not like that. It's all about perspective.
Our findings relate to our stay in the studio.
Location: 9
The view over the hills/mountains is sublime.
Shops are easily accessible by car or electric bike.
Centrally located for excursions in Istria (everything within a 1-hour drive)
Facilities: 9
Everything you need is provided. When you stay in an apartment/studio or house, you have to bring some essentials yourself.
For some tourists who don't like cooking but prefer to heat food, a microwave oven might be more convenient than the convection oven, but if you want to prepare something yourself, the setup with a gas stove and convection oven is top-notch.
You live outdoors in the studio, so the outdoor kitchen and furniture were fantastic for us.
One tip we'd like to share: even though there's an exhaust fan in the bathroom, there are no windows that you can open without letting in insects that might be flying or jumping around (haha, my fear). A fly screen could be very useful.
Pool: delightful
Air conditioning: we didn't even need it in the studio; it stayed cool inside
Laundry facilities: top - especially to quickly wash towels during your stay. I'll do my own laundry at home.
Hygiene: 9
Everything was super clean, both inside the studio and in the outside areas.
Friendliness and service of the landlords: 10
Yes, we're giving the infamous 10 here.
You can ask Jos and Jacqueline anything, and they will help you wherever possible.
The coziness with them nearby: top
Price-quality ratio: 9
We think it's a VERY correct price-quality ratio.
We hope that naturist rentals will increase significantly, even during the summer periods. There should be more apartments/studios available for naturism worldwide. There are countless campgrounds, but apartments/studios are much rarer. Your commitment to this cause is invaluable to us.

We were asked to write a review about Villa Brisa.
We'd be delighted to!
We stayed in the studio for 5 days.
Everything is new and looks fantastic.
The outdoor kitchen is also equipped with all amenities. From a kettle to a dishwasher. Everything is available, and if you're missing something, don't hesitate to ask the owners, Jos, and Jacqueline. They will do everything to make your stay perfect.
Location: 9
It's a short 2-minute drive to the picturesque Labin and only a 15-minute drive to the lively Rabac. A car is handy due to the elevation changes; it can be quite steep in some places.
If you don't have a car, they'll arrange a bike for you.
The view is incredible, and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Charming towns like Rovinj and Porec are about a 45-minute drive away.
Facilities: 9
Everything is provided. There's a lovely pool.
Their plans to expand sound fantastic, from a cave sauna to a larger pool terrace and more.
Hygiene: 10
Everything was spotless; nothing to complain about.
Friendliness and service of the landlords: 9
Nothing is too much trouble for them. We could ask them anything, and they'd arrange it.
Price-quality ratio: 9
It's fine. We wish there were more accommodations like this.
Naturism: 10
You can enjoy the freedom and privacy of nudism here.
We hope that they won't be able to keep up with the demand soon and will stay open all year for naturism. If you're looking for more luxury, there aren't many accommodations available. It's fantastic to see the investment in this area and hopefully inspire others to do the same.
Conclusion:
We can wholeheartedly recommend this place.
They also organize beautiful boat excursions. Whether you want to be clothed or au naturel, these trips are well worth it. You'll sail along the coast, explore quiet coves, swim in the Blue Caves, and with a bit of luck, spot dolphins.
If you want to bathe in luxury and enjoy all that Croatia has to offer, this is the place to be!

Brisa apartment is very well located. Close to the beach and next to the city of Labin. The surroundings are very peaceful, after getting used to the rooster crows 😉
The apartment is very well equipped, everything is new, and built with love. It was really clean, and the owner reacted quickly to any kind of request.
We enjoyed the beautiful terrace and the view of the sunset a lot.

We were in Istria for the third time and spent two weeks in Apartment 1.
As soon as you enter the property, you notice "This was built with heart, hand, and craftsmanship."
The apartment offers ample space for four people. All rooms are very high-quality equipped and furnished, air conditioning units are available. The kitchen equipment was perfect; thanks to the coffee machine, we felt right at home.
The house has several apartments that are rented out. During our holiday, all apartments were occupied. Everyone was considerate; it was neither loud inside the house nor by the pool. We could fully relax and enjoy our holiday.
Check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. If there were any problems, someone was always available and reacted immediately.
The landlords are very friendly, super nice, and always attentive to the well-being of their guests.
Jos and Jacqueline always had great tips for where to eat, etc.
All in all, we highly recommend this accommodation.
A small tip for those reading this review: booking directly with the landlord pays off and saves money... We've had very good experiences!

The past two weeks, I spent an unforgettable holiday at Brisa Apartments with my two children. What a fantastic place! From the very first moment, we felt welcome thanks to the warm reception by Jos and Jacqueline.
We stayed in apartment 4, a beautiful and very complete apartment where we lacked nothing. It truly felt like home away from home. The great atmosphere and the attentive care of Jos and Jacqueline ensured that we could fully unwind and enjoy ourselves.

Our days were filled with fun, with daily use of the wonderful pool.

The apartment is spacious, clean, neat, and very well-equipped. The outdoor area is clean and well-maintained.

Jos and Jacqueline were very hospitable, and the boat trip was the highlight of the holiday. We enjoyed it so much.

What a joy to stay for a few days in one of Jos and Jacqueline's apartments! Everything is super clean, very complete, and has a nice atmosphere.
The pool is easily accessible and has comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and even a lounge area. Jos and Jacq organized a beautiful day at sea with all the trimmings. For those who are hesitant: DO IT!!

We had two wonderful weeks in a very luxurious apartment with a large terrace (both covered and open). What would make it a 10 for us is the addition of sturdy handrails on the stairs and a railing to enter and exit the pool. When your mobility is somewhat limited, not being able to swim for two weeks is a missed opportunity. Both the hospitality of Jacqueline and Jos and the location of the BRISA complex are excellent. It's also great that there's an exceptional restaurant nearby. BRISA is highly recommended for nudist guests.

We had a wonderful, peaceful holiday. Everything was available, and Jos and Jacqueline do everything to ensure the best possible vacation.
The air conditioning was also welcome during the very high temperatures we experienced there.
Regarding nudism: please continue as it is, there are already few enough places where this isn't allowed. Our opinion is, keep it fully nudist even during the summer months.

Very hospitable and cozy owners. The apartment is incredibly luxurious and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities you could wish for.
A car is a must-have. Rabac is a 10-minute drive away, and Labin is only 5 minutes.
There's also a great Konoba within walking distance.
