We had a wonderful holiday here. It had a fantastic terrace and a fantastic view. We stayed in the top apartment. It was wonderfully quiet, and we really enjoyed the lovely pool.

Dear reader,

The owners of the Brisa apartment complex (Jos and Jacqueline Domburg) asked us to write a review. We were more than happy to do so, as we had a fantastic holiday, one with a golden edge.

Our family (with two children, 18 and 16) stayed in apartment number 4. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated, and absolutely nothing was lacking. Everything was provided and clean, and the beds were made, which was very welcome after a long journey. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, which made sleeping wonderful and also very nice to retreat to during the hot sun. The view from our balcony was magical, and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset every evening.

The outdoor staircase down led us to the lovely pool with sunbeds and parasols. Because it's a small complex, we often had the pool to ourselves. It was always very quiet and there was plenty of privacy. There was a nice, secure parking space for our car. The nearest town was Labin, about a two-minute drive away. A charming, cozy village with a delicious, affordable pizzeria. Reservations are recommended. A few minutes' drive away, you'll find large supermarkets like Lidl, Spar, and Plodine.

Jos and Jacqueline are sweet, very hospitable, and helpful people. You can ask them anything; nothing is too much trouble.

We had some wonderful day trips. Cities like Pula, Porec, (Baredine Caves), and Rovinj are all about a 50-minute drive through Istrian's beautiful countryside. They're all well worth a visit. The harbor town of Rabac is also a very charming and charming town, a 10-minute drive from the apartment.

It's also great fun to rent a boat here and enjoy some snorkeling.

A day at the beach is also a must. The seawater is azure blue. Water shoes are recommended in most places.

We highly recommend this place and the surrounding area. Istria is beautiful! It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you, Jos and Jacqueline.

We spent nine days in Brissa Apartment 3. It's a truly brand new, beautiful, and spacious apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The bathroom and bedrooms are excellent. There's a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a large terrace with a fantastic view, plenty of privacy, and comfortable sun loungers. Jacqueline and Jos are incredibly kind and hospitable. They really go the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable.

The communal terrace and pool are also fantastic. A lovely, large pool with plenty of parasols and loungers. Wonderful!

The house is perfectly located. You're just a short walk from the beautiful historic town of Labin, where you can enjoy pleasant walks and terraces and restaurants. The same goes for the seaside resort of Rabac, which boasts even more terraces and restaurants, as well as a long promenade. Furthermore, the view from your terrace is truly stunning.

The facilities are absolutely fantastic; you'll want for nothing. Facilities a 10.

Everything was neat and clean, so in terms of hygiene a 10.

Jacqueline and Jos are super hospitable, caring and helpful, so in terms of service a 10.

Price quality also a 10!

Hi Jacqueline and Jos,

Below, we're happy to share our findings. We're not the type to simply give a 10, because that would be perfect, and life isn't usually like that. It's all a matter of perspective.

So our findings are related to the stay in the studio.

Location: 9

View over the hills/mountains sublime

Shops easily accessible by car or electric bicycle

Centrally located for excursions in Istria (everything within 1 hour reach)

Facilities: 9

Everything you need was provided. You know you're staying in an apartment/studio or house, so you have to provide some things yourself for your entire stay.

For some tourists who don't like to cook themselves, but rather heat up food, a microwave might be a bit easier than a convection oven, but if you want to prepare something yourself: top-notch equipment with a gas stove and convection oven.

You live outside, so for us in the studio the outdoor kitchen and furnishings were great.

A tip we'd like to share: even though there's an extractor fan in the bathroom, there's no other window you can open without also bringing in the little creatures that might fly or jump around (haha, my fear of that). Perhaps a screen door could be very useful.

Swimming pool: wonderful

Air conditioning: didn't even need it in the studio: nice and cool inside

The ability to use the washing machine: excellent – especially for quickly washing towels during my stay. We'll do any laundry I don't need while I'm there.

Hygiene: 9

Everything was super neat in both the studio and the areas outside

Friendliness and service of the landlord: 10

Yes, here we give the infamous 10

You can ask Jos and Jacqueline anything and they will help you wherever possible

The pleasant atmosphere with them in the neighborhood: great

Price/quality: 9

VERY correct price/quality ratio in our opinion.

We hope that rentals for naturists will increase significantly, even during the summer months. There should be more apartments/studios available for naturists worldwide. It's incredible how many campsites you find, but apartments/studios are much less numerous. So your efforts are invaluable to us.

Thank you for the wonderful holiday we had with you, and thanks in part to you, we'll be back again. We hope to see you next year.

We were asked to write a review about Villa Brisa.

We are very happy to do this!

We were in the studio for 5 days.

Everything new and looks fantastic.

The outdoor kitchen is also fully equipped, from a kettle to a dishwasher. Everything is provided, and if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask the owners, Jos and Jacqueline. They'll do everything they can to make your stay perfect.

Location, number 9

Just a two-minute drive from picturesque Labin and just fifteen minutes from lively Rabac. A car is recommended due to the elevation changes, as it can be quite a climb in places.

If you don't have a car, they will arrange a bicycle for you.

The view is amazing and you can watch a very beautiful sunset.

Charming towns like Rovinj and Porec are a 45-minute drive away.

Facilities, grade 9

Everything is there. A beautiful swimming pool.

Their expansion plans sound fantastic. From a cave sauna to a larger pool terrace, and so on.

Hygiene, number 10

Everything spotlessly clean, nothing to complain about

Friendliness and service of the landlord, rating 9

Nothing was too much for them, we could ask them anything and they arranged it.

Price/Quality, score 9

Okay. We wish there were more accommodations like this.

Naturism, number 10

Here you can enjoy the bare life in complete freedom and privacy.

We hope they can no longer cope with the demand and open year-round for naturism. If you're looking for a bit more luxury, there aren't many accommodations available. It's fantastic to see how much investment is being made in this area, and hopefully, it will encourage others to do the same.

Conclusion:

We can highly recommend this.

They also organize wonderful boat excursions. Whether you prefer clothed or naturist, the boat trips are definitely worth it. Sail along the coast, explore beautiful, quiet bays, swim in the Blue Caves, and with a bit of luck, you might even encounter dolphins.

If you want to bathe in luxury and enjoy all the beauty that Croatia has to offer, then this is the place to be!

Brisa apartment is very well located. Close to the beach and next to city of Labin. The surrounding is very peaceful, after getting used to the rooster crows 😉

The apartment is very well equipped, everything is new and made with love. It was really clean and the owner was responding very quickly to any kind of demand.

We enjoyed a lot the beautiful terrace and the view with the sunset.

We spent 3 nights in Istria and spent 2 weeks in Apartment 1.

Schon beim Betreten des Grundstücks man notices "Here we use Herz, Hand and Craftsman understanding".

For 4 persons the apartment is suitable for use. All rooms have been installed since the last minute and the climate control has been completed. The cooking environment was perfect, thanks to the Kaffeevollautomat haben wir us who zu Hause gefühlt.

In the house there are more living quarters, which were destroyed. Während unseres Urlaubs were alle Wohnungen invested. If you have a clear view, you are still in your home or pool, you can enjoy your views.

The Check Inn was problematic and uncomplicated. If there are any problems, you will always be able to cope and respond quickly.

Die Vermieter since he was very friendly, he was very friendly and he was happy with his guests.

Jos and Jacqueline always have Tipps, their husband and Besten Essen kann etc....

Everything in all, we can make these improvements better.

Nor is it a smaller tip, and all these lessons are worth buying directly into your account and saving money.... We will have good inheritances as well!
